Jane Ford received her art education from UC Santa Barbara and Colorado State University.  She has regularly participated in artist workshops since 1999 and received the Oil Painters of America Shirl Smithson Memorial Scholarship in 2006.  Her talent has been recognized in numerous exhibitions in Colorado and New Mexico.  Her work is found in private collections in Colorado as well as the Children’s Hospital and Guaranty Bank in Denver. Her work was featured in Southwest Art Magazine, November 2007 in an article entitled “Art Values, Start Your Collection”.
